The annual US Open Trap Championships were held at the WSRC in Sparta June 10-13.  Weather throughout the shoot was hot and humid.  Attendance was excellent despite competing with the Kansas State and Vernal, Utah shoots.

 

Saturday the SSSF/SCTP held their annual Illinois State Championships with over 350 shooters.

This was the largest US Open Trap event to date - when you add in an additional 350 plus SCTP shooters on Saturday, there were close to 700 total entries in the 200 Singles race.
